Petschili-issues 1900 - 25 Pfennig Germania in extremely scarce and high-quality mixed postage with PV ag and two copies PV z (the mentioned stamps for 2 Pfennig were not issued in China !!!) as well as PV b and PV c and 1/2 cent dragon, which was apparently glued to the souvenir, on envelope. The stamps are canceled with field postmark no. 2 7/4 (1900) and corrected with postmark from Beijing from the same day. The letter has passed through the post office properly. Maybe a unique offer, according to the certificate of Mr. Jäschke-Lantelme, BPP are known from the 25 Pfennig stamp only a few copies on complete letters, which makes the not correct rated letter from his point of view also acceptable and therefore subordinate.
